Mike Bullock construction, Inc., (MBC) is a fully licensed and insured custom home builder in Virginia, serving Caroline County and surrounding areas. The company was established in 1992.

Building new homes is our passion - to go above and beyond to make sure that our clients are happy and the entire planning and building process is a positive experience for you is our business.

We are not a production home builder, and don't offer package deals from a list of floor plans with a defined menu of choices. Using only the best quality materials (no builder grade) we build homes that will last for many generations to come.

 From Start to Finish

With over 20 years of experience, we can handle all the details from perk test to cleaning the final product to insure your new home is in move in condition. At MBC Inc. we consider our clients as part of the team. You will be involved in the construction process and have the opportunity to make many decisions, from siding to flooring to bathroom fixtures, within your budget, of course.

We believe that good client communication is the key to successfully completing a custom home, avoiding bad surprises during the process, eliminating later changes and avoiding unnecessary delays.

 Our Promise

We maintain strong relationships with past home buyers and will be there to answer any questions/concerns you might have. All homes come with a one year warranty and all manufacturer warranties.
