Welcome to Mike Bullock Construction Inc.  We are a custom home builder located in Caroline County, Virginia, and serve Caroline and surrounding counties.  We are the only custom home builder in this area and this is what sets us apart from the rest.  In business for 15 years we are fully licensed and insured.  Mike Bullock started the company in 1992 as a sole proprietor with 20 years of experience.

We are a small company with a goal to make every building experience a smooth and enjoyable one. We pride ourselves on working with you one on one throughout the entire process.  We are always here to answer any question or address any concerns you might have.  Whether you are searching for the perfect plan or designing it from scratch, we will help you build your dream home that fits your needs.  We don't offer package deals, standards or models, we are a true custom builder and let you choose from start to finish, siding to flooring to bathroom fixtures.  We guarantee your new home will be one of a kind.

After the plans are picked, we look at all the details with you to make sure we all agree and there are no surprises later on during the building process.  This also eliminates later changes and makes the construction go quickly with fewer delays.

We use only the best quality materials, no builder grade, and our subcontractors put the same pride and quality in their work as Mike does.  We handle all the details from perk test to cleaning the final product to insure your new home is in move in condition.  All homes come with a one year warranty and all manufacturer warranties.
