Our Team

Michael W. Bullock
Mike is the founder and president of the company.  He brings more than 20 years of experience to the business.  Mike is a native of Caroline and has built a reputation as a quality builder.  Mike builds every house as if it were his own.  He has a very active part in the business from meeting with the customers to estimating and checking on the jobs.  In his free time he enjoys playing golf.

Julie Moore
Julie has been with the company for nine years.  She takes care of everything in the office, she is Mike's right hand gal.  Julie grew up in Spotsylvania and considering her father being in the construction business for 40 years, this is nothing new to her and she fits right in.  In her free time she loves spending time with family and friends and showing reining horses.

Lewis Potter
Lewis is our superintendent and has been with the company for two years.  He visits all the job sites every day and takes care of ordering.  Lewis worked as a salesman for companies like Stock Building Supply for many years and his experience from the supplying end of construction is very valuable for our company.  In his free time he enjoys playing golf.

Bobby Waller
Bobby, our carpenter for the past three years, is one of the few left who really is a man of all trades.  From framing to trim, he takes care of anything on the job that needs to be done.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family, especially his four year old grandson.

Tommy Mills
Tommy used to be our subcontractor for all painting needs.  Due to his precise and neat work, we hired him full time five years ago.  He likes riding his Harley in his free time.

Danny Cannon
Being with the company for three years now, Danny as well as Tommy is a painter and also helps Bobby with some of the carpentry work when needed.
